The problem
An agency bills per project and per retainer, and rarely on time. With no single place for receivables and payables, knowing who owed what — and who they owed — meant rebuilding it by hand every month.

The result
They know who owes them and who they owe without assembling the report by hand. Closing stopped being a reconstruction.
