Equipment repair · shop and field

Shop and field repairs in a single flow
We rebuilt the whole flow: shop and field repairs, each with its own price list; equipment, customer and technician data on the order; refurbishment sheet and discard form with signature; and invoicing that comes out of the repair order itself.
The problem
The repair flow lived in improvised fields and third-party forms. Every unit coming into the shop — or every tech going out to the field — left its trail in a different format, and the invoice was assembled later, separately.
What we built
We rebuilt the whole flow: shop and field repairs, each with its own price list; equipment, customer and technician data on the order; refurbishment sheet and discard form with signature; and invoicing that comes out of the repair order itself.
The result
The checklist gets signed on the unit and the invoice comes off the same order. No more third-party forms.
